The National Fire Services Professional Qualifications Board ("Pro Board") has relied on Betsy & Susan for the past nine years to fully manage and market their annual Accreditation and Education Conference. This conference brings together experts in fire service and emergency response training annually for three days of educational workshops, networking, and annual business. Representatives travel from as far away as Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom, as well as from nearly every state in the US and across Canada. The conference has grown in attendance by 42% in the years that the OSEM team has been managing it and has more than tripled its number of exhibitors and sponsors. The team at OSEM is responsible for hotel and other vendor contract negotiations, e-marketing of event, sponsor and vendor sales, hotel and travel logistics, speaker coordination and on-site management of this annual event.
