Independence Day Fundraiser

Non profit client tasked OSEM to provide all fundraising and logistics management for an event which would capitalize on their unique lakefront venue during the Independence Day Fireworks display.

Highlights:

  • Developed and sold sponsorship opportunities for event
  • Solicited in-kind and for hire vendors including tents, catering, bar service, decorations, DJ, security, among others
  • Managed all details of logistics for this difficult outdoor venue, given limited parking, bathroom facilities, potential weather issues
  • Lead committee of volunteers, non profit staff, and Board of Directors to consensus on decisions around event and implementation of event
  • Event sold out while also raising more money than budgeted

This special event hosted over 150 guests and raised over $100,000 for a worthy cause. We managed the entire event from conception through marketing and execution.

  • This first time event for the non-profit was conceptualized by One Source Event Management as a potential new revenue stream for them. The client entrusted our team to design, market, and plan the event.

Pro Board Annual Accreditation Conference - San Diego, CA

Highlights:

  • 125 fire service training professionals from every state in the US and throughout Canada plus Saudi Arabia, Korea, and Guam

  • Site selection and negotiation of venue

  • Logistics of ride including course support for 25 paraplegics and quadriplegics on handcycles.
