Responsible for all aspects of this annual training conference including:
- Site selection and negotiation of venue
 - Promotion of event to invited attendees
 - Recruiting/management of vendors for trade show section
 - Coordination with speakers and workshop facilitators
 - Online registration management
 - Management of hotel and air travel reservations with subcontractors for each
 - Sourcing and management of subcontractors such as audio visual, hotel, photography, catering and transportation
 - On site logistics and details
 - Follow-up through real time online surveys after each session
